VIDEO: Tremblant Old Village & St.Jovite
Once you have discovered Tremblant Resort, you need to venture off resort.
The “Old Village” where you will find specialty ski shops, specialty bike shops, and fantastic quaint little restaurants. It is also home to the infamous Le Circuit which is a former formula 1 race track. There is some great history with the P’tit Train du Nord which was once a former rail road, you will also find an art gallery at La Gare which was the location of the former train station, there is a small Saturday morning market in the summer, there are parks, and a municipal beach.
Here, you slow down…
A wonderful aspect of the Old Village is that it links the Tremblant Resort, the Old Village, and downtown Ville de Mont Tremblant all together via a bike path.
Ville de Mont Tremblant (or St.Jovite as per what the locals call it) is the downtown. This is where you find everything for your needs: banking, grocery stores, drug stores, hardware stores, etc. Find rue Principale and you will fall upon shops for him & her and more great restaurants.
